What device does the app support?
Android devices with OS 1.6+ and iPhone devices with iOS 4.0+.
Why email validation is required?
Email validation helps prevent someone else impersonate you. Once you validate the email, our system knows you own the email address.
What should I do in case I don’t see the validation email in my inbox?
If you cannot find the validation email sent to you, please check your spam or junk folders. Depending on your email service, you may be able to configure your security settings to receive emails from email addresses ending in @pixeconn.com. Alternatively, you may need to contact your Internet Service Provider to assist you with this matter.
If you still cannot find the validation email, please request to resend the validation email right from the reminder dialog box of the app.
How to configure PixePaw for sharing pictures of dogs , puppies, and cats?
Download and install the app from the Android market or Apple App Store. After the successful download, you will be asked for an one time configuration to access all the features.

Why does the installation of the pet app warn about “Service That Costs You Money”?
The pet app messaging is completely FREE. However, the pet app provides an option for you to send a personal SMS/MMS to users not yet using PixeConn; You will be explicitly warned whenever you explicitly choose to use SMS/MMS, which is “Service That Costs You Money”. Otherwise, PixeConn messaging service is completely FREE for you.
